Beginning this Friday, August 15th, a downloadable e-coupon for the freebie will be available on their new interactive website FaceTheGlory.com, while supplies last.
FaceTheGlory.com embraces the spirit of the Olympic Games online by giving customers nationwide the opportunity to — Put Their Face In The Race — when they upload their photos to star in their own Olympic sports video montage. The videos can be shared with friends and family via a unique website link or embedded in a blog. — McDonald’s USA.

Hey… this is the same offer as they had on May 7 when they first released the southern style chicken biscuits and sandwiches. I tried them during that time and actually enjoyed both items, quite comparable to Chick-fil-a.
Not sure if i’m going to take advantage of the offer again, but would recommend that everyone give the items a try. A biscuit/sandwich and large drink for $.99 (at least in my area) is an awesome deal.

Unless things have changed recently, any qualifying drink would be loaded with artificial sweeteners or high fructose corn syrup. No thanks, I’m saving my ‘bad food’ allowance for the actual food!

I hope everyone found the coupons in their Sunday papers Parade or USA Weekend magazine sections. You can get both the breakfast and lunch/dinner sandwich. I’ll be eating free chicken sandwiches for several weeks.
