National Hamburger Festival in July

news_national_hamburger_festival.gifThe National Hamburger Festival is coming up July 19 and 20 in Akron, Ohio. This annual event features more than 50 burger varieties from 18 eateries. It also hosts contests for best and most creative burgers, and fun events like “bobbing for burgers” and a burger eating competition. If you want a shot at that title, you’d better start practicing now; last year’s winner polished off 13 and a-half Big Boy burgers in one sitting. Among the fast-food participants is Steak N Shake who took home the prize for “best burger toppings” in last year’s event. For more information visit HamburgerFestival.com
